Opharus quadripunctata
DISTRIBUTION: Central America.
TYPE LOCALITY: Costa Rica.
BELIZE RECORDS: Las Cuevas (Norman Hall record).
METHOD OF IDENTIFICATION: identified by Norman Hall as Opharus momis but
I believe his specimen to be this species. Adult quadripunctata illustrated in black & white
by
Watson (1973) pl. 16c (adult) and plates 99 b and c (female genitalia).
NOTES: this identification needs confirmation.
