DISTRIBUTION: Central & South America.
TYPE LOCALITY: Brazil.
BELIZE RECORDS: Greenhills.
METHOD OF IDENTIFICATION: from identified photographs produced by Pat Haynes of his own captures.
NOTES: there are several similar species (I initially mis-identified my specimens as S. sanguistrigata Dognin). For absolute confirmation genitalial dissection and comparison with Type is required.
