Nudur fractivittarum

TYPE LOCALITY:Mexico.
BELIZE RECORDS: Maya Beach; Greenhills; Augustine.
METHOD OF IDENTIFICATION: adult illustrated in colour by Seitz (1925) plate 66, fig. k8.
NOTES: this identification is far from certain. The species Gaudeator paidicus Dyar (Proc. U.S.N.M. 47; 164) from Panama, illustrated on Seitz (1925) plate 66 fig. h2 looks remarkably similar to fractivittarum; I have no other information on these two species, however. My specimen from Maya Beach has a black dot in the middle of the thorax and may be a different species to the specimens from Greenhills.
