TYPE LOCALITY: Avispas, Peru.
BELIZE RECORDS: Augustine; Greenhills.
METHOD OF IDENTIFICATION: kindly identified by Claude Herbulot from my photograph.
NOTES: this genus has been fully revised and illustrated for the Neotropics
by Rindge (1967) and for temperate North America by Rindge (1965). Confirmation of
identification by dissection should be possible, but I have not had the time to do so
to date.
