METHOD OF IDENTIFICATION: adult and genitalia illustrated by Eichlin & Cunningham (1978) fig. 167 (adult) and figs. 28, 99 (male and female genitalia).
NOTES: this identification appears to be correct, although final confirmation would be furnished by genitalial dissection.
