TYPE LOCALITY: Brazil.
BELIZE RECORDS: Greenhills; Pook's Hill.
METHOD OF IDENTIFICATION: illustrated in black and white by Amsel (1954) pl. 82, fig. 10.
NOTES: this appears to be a quite distinctive species.
