Diacme mopsalis

DISTRIBUTION: southern USA; Central and South America; Antilles.
TYPE LOCALITY: Venezuela.
BELIZE RECORDS: Las Cuevas; Augustine.
METHOD OF IDENTIFICATION: by comparison with specimens in my collection from the West Indies identified as this species by Eugene Munroe of Ottawa.
NOTES: this appears to be a characteristic species.
