SUBFAMILY DESCRIPTION
The STICTOPTERINAE are probably a 'natural' group of a small number of
tropical species which tend to have a characteristic transluscent basal half to
their hindwings, and very long antennae.

I have collected only one species from Belize in this
subfamily so far,
