Type locality: Brazil.

E. Caribbean records: Guadeloupe; Dominica; Grenada; Barbados.
Grenadines records: Union (Daudin, July 1997); Bequia, Quatre, Baliceaux, Mustique, Canouan, Union, Palm, Frigate (E.U. Exp., No's 4 (female) & 6 (male).
