Madoryx oiclus

Distribution: Mexico to Brazil; Antilles.
Type locality: Surinam.
Synonyms: Madoryx faunus Boisduval 1875.

Method of identification: illustrated in colour by d'Abrera (1986) p.103.
Notes: ssp. jamaicensis Neidhoefer 1968 is the form allegedly from Jamaica. I do not know how it differs from the typical form illustrated above.
