Manduca brontes ssp. brontes
Distribution: Greater Antilles, straying into Florida; northern S. America (as a variety of subspecies).
Type locality: Jamaica.
Synonyms: Macrosila collaris Walker 1856;
Sphinx cubensis Grote 1865.
