Disphragis cervina

Distribution: Jamaica.
Type locality: Jamaica.

Method of identification: illustrated in black and white by Moeschler (1886) fig. 28.
Notes: the specimens I sent to Paul Thiacourt presented a problem in that the genitalia of the female matched Moeschler's Type in Berlin which Dr. Thiacourt has dissected - however, the wing pattern was completely different to the Type. On the other hand, my male matches Moeschler's picture well. More specimens are needed to resolve this issue.
