Condica subornata

Type locality: Central America.
Source of record: listed by Gowdey (1926) p. 63 (as 'Perigea subornata') ; listed by Hampson (1908) p. 317 (as Type of ' niveopicta'Butler 1878 from Jamaica).
Method of identification: illustrated in colour by Hampson (1908) pl. 116, fig. 2.
Notes: Hampson (1908) synonymises niveopicta with subornata; however, Poole (1989) synonymises niveopicta with Condica mobilis Walker 1856. It therefore seems likely, given the range of subornata that this record is really for mobilis.
