Type locality: Brazil (?).
Synonyms: Botys lucilla Butler 1878; Botys citrinalis Moeschler 1890.
Source of record: Jamaica is Type Locality of Botys lucilla.
Method of identification: illustrated (as Loxomorpha citrinalis) in black and white by Amsel (1956) pl. 102, fig. 11 (adult) and pl. 56, fig. 2 (genitalia).
