Microphysetica hermeasalis

Distribution: South America; Antilles (etc.?).
Type locality: Venezuela.
Synonyms: Parthenodes nymphulalis Hampson 1906; Sufetula philogelos Dyar 1922; Falx sinuosalis Amsel 1956.
Source of record: M.J.C.B. collection.
Method of identification: illustrated in black and white (as 'Falx sinuosalis') by Amsel (1956) pl. 83, figs. 12 & 13 (adult) and pl. 20, fig. 5 (genitalia). My specimens kindly identified by Dr. Eugene Munroe of Ottawa.
