NOTES: Heppner (1996) lists subspecies micalha Schaus 1928 (from Vera Cruz, Mexico) and althora (from Guatemala), as well as two forms of althora - mahlala Schaus 1928 (from Ecuador) and noaha Schaus 1928 (from Vera Cruz, Mexico).This identification is provisional and requires confirmation.
