TYPE LOCALITY: Mexico.
BELIZE RECORDS: recorded by Meerman (1999) from Cayo, Stann Creek and Toledo districts.
METHOD OF IDENTIFICATION: adult illustrated in colour by d'Abrera (1995) p. 83.
NOTES: the illustrated specimen is one from French Guyana in my collection.
