METHOD OF IDENTIFICATION: adult and genitalia illustrated by Pitkin (1993) figs. 8 (adult); 86 (detail of abdomen); 145, 213 and 284 (genitalia).
NOTES: I have not dissected my specimens yet; this identification is based on comparison of the adult with Pitkin’s (1993) figure and the stated distribution.
