Condica cupentia

DISTRIBUTION: North, Central and South America; Antilles.
TYPE LOCALITY: Surinam.
BELIZE RECORDS: Greenhills.
METHOD OF IDENTIFICATION: by comparison with specimens in my collection from the West Indies identified as this species by Bernard Lalanne-Cassou. The adult is figured in black and white by Kimball (1965) plate 13 fig. 1.
NOTES: several other closely related species are also present in Belize although I have not yet identified them.
