Distribution: Mexico to Brazil; Jamaica; Cuba; Puerto Rico; Lesser Antilles.
Type locality: Cuba.
Source of record: listed by Gowdey (1926) p. 62 (as'Cirphis inconspicua').
Method of identification: my specimens kindly identified by Bernard Lalanne-Cassou, Paris.
