METHOD OF IDENTIFICATION: adult and male genitalia illustrated
in black and white by Watson (1971) pls.
30f and 128c,d. Adult illustrated in colour by Druce (1884) pl. 72,
fig. 17 (as parma).
NOTES: This Ormetica species appears to be reasonably
distinctive although there is some variation in the size of the forewing apical
spot.
